Designed as a private cinematic retreat, the Westend Greens Residential Project reinterprets the home theatre as an immersive yet intimate residential experience.

 

Conceived to balance performance with restraint, the space brings together architecture, sound, materiality, and bespoke craftsmanship into a cohesive whole.​

 

Wrapped in warm wood panelling and layered textures, the interiors are deliberately understated—allowing acoustics, comfort, and proportion to lead the design. Lighting is integrated seamlessly into the architecture, guiding movement and enhancing mood without distracting from the cinematic experience.

 

​Custom furniture and millwork, designed and executed by FTS by Sharmilee, form the foundation of the project. Seating, cabinetry, and entertainment elements were tailored specifically for the space, ensuring clarity of sightlines, ergonomic comfort, and visual continuity throughout the theatre and adjoining lounge areas.
